In this fun and relaxed 4½-hour workshop, you’ll learn the art of soft stone sculpting – a creative process that lets you carve with ease while still producing a strong, lasting piece for the outdoors. You’ll start by preparing your soft stone block from a mix of sand, cement, and vermiculite, then move on to the best part — carving and shaping your design. The material has a smooth, sand-like texture that’s easy to work with, even if you’ve never sculpted before.
