I will drop off my original artwork at Te Puru Community Centre during the following times: Monday 6th July to Wednesday 8th July, between 8.30 am to 9pm when the centre is open.

I will label the original artwork with my name and age category

I give permission for the participants artwork and/or photos to be used for promotional purposes by Pohutukawa Coast Arts Hub.

I confirm this is the original work of the participant and give permission for it to be displayed and shared as part of the competition.

I agree for this artwork to be included in the Public Choice Award

I confirm my artwork is no bigger than A3 and is in 2D format and no larger than 2cm deep
